Story

IMG_3415 2.JPG

Markeea (Keea) Hart is a powerhouse of creativity, ambition, and community-driven passion. As the founder and owner of Girls Running Shit (GRS) and The Creative’s Table, she has built platforms that empower, uplift, and inspire. Through her work, she creates spaces where creativity thrives, and voices are heard.

With a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Edinboro University, Markeea’s career has taken her from Washington, D.C., to Atlanta, Erie, and back to her hometown of Pittsburgh. She has built an impressive career in social media marketing, graphic design, and modeling, curating impactful events that bring people together and spark meaningful conversations.

In addition to her work in creative industries, Markeea has been deeply involved in environmental justice and community advocacy. She has worked with organizations like Google and Three Rivers Waterkeeper, using her skills to amplify awareness, drive meaningful conversations, and promote sustainability efforts in marginalized communities. Her work bridges the gap between media, activism, and environmental justice, ensuring that all voices—especially those often unheard—are included in the fight for a healthier planet and a more equitable future.

Looking ahead, she plans to expand her reach through charity initiatives and future media projects—because making a difference is what she does best.
